Could Consistent Headache Be Related To BP?

I have had a consistent headache for two whole days.. The first day I was light sensitive and throbbing pain throughout the day and the pain increase during or after sleep.. Someone suggested I take a blood pressure test which resulted in 133/77 what does this necessarily mean in relation to my headache?
