Could Constant Pain And Swelling In Arm Be Due To Blood Clots?

I have had constant pain and swelling in my left arm since July. I have been to doctors, specialists, and have had two surgeries. One to scrape off arthritis in my neck to clear A pinched nerve.. All that did was cause blood clots in my left arm.. There are now three stents put in my left arm and I am on Coumadin. I have had hotspots come up on my arm in different places..so far, no one has any answers. Do you have any suggestions?
