Could Constant Pain In Ankle And Numbness In Toes Be Due To Stress Fracture?

I have osteopenia and have had a stress fracture in my foot 6 years ago. A week ago I hit my ankle on a solid wood end table really hard and couldn t walk on it for a bit. I went to Urgent care and got xrays done. They said the couldn t see anything on the images that looked like a fracture. They gave me an ace bandage and splint. I ve been doing the RICE thing and staying off it as much as possible. It still hurts a lot and I have a burning/constant pain in my ankle area and up my leg. It feels weak and my baby toe feels numb and it difficult to move. Do you think I could have another stress fracture or maybe nerve damage?
