Could Contraction Of Tonsils Be A Matter Of Concern?

My throat has been feeling funny lately, I thought that maybe I got a fish bone stuck in it a couple weeks ago. I recently had a look in the mirror with a flashlight and noticed my tonsils are small and shriveled looking. My tonsils are typically quite large. Should I be worried?
