Could Cough, Tightness In Lungs And Draining At The Back Of Throat Be Pneumonia?

i have had coughing for days. i take advair and singulair for asthma and i have added a liquid mucinex. cough is getting worse and my lungs feel very tight. i do however have constant draining at the back of my throat. i am unable to lie doen and sleep at night because of the draining. could i possbly have pneumonia?
