Could Cramping, Frequent Urination And Breast Soreness Be A Sign Of Pregnancy?

I am 20 and have been trying to conceive this month and now I'm having cramps when I supposed to have my period but no bleeding. I also now have to urinate every hour or half hour, my breasts are also really soar and I am tired all of the time. Am I pregnant?
