Could Cramps And Itching On Testicles Be Due To Excessive Masturbation?

hi, i m a 21 year male student,few days ago i somehow fell towards my urges and masturbated 4 times in a day.However after the 4th time there was a pulling up sensation of my left testicle or balls.I checked it both the balls are in their respective places but the sensation persisted. So i avoided masturbation anymore.However when i woke up next day though the pulling up sensation was gone it was replaced by a feeling of itch or sort of blue balls condition.So after 2 days i tried masturbating.But the itch feeling remains ..what should i do? any precautions ? any measures?
