Could Cramps, Bloating, Nausea, Milky Discharge, And Sore Nipples While Breastfeeding Ten Days After Ovulation Be Indicative Of Pregnancy?

Bad cramping 10 days after ovulation/most fertile time. Lots of discharge. Nauseous and lots of cramps, extreme bloating and constipation. Today is expected period day. No period yet but more milky discharge! Tested 4 days before expected period date with negative results. But haven’t taken one since! Still breastfeeding toddler but nipples are so sore. Do you think I’m pregnant and won’t come up positive for a while?
