Could Daily Palpitations, Pounding Heartbeat, And Chest Pain Symptoms Indicate A Serious Heart Issue?

I am 39 years old male. I am having palpitations and pounding heartbeat on a daily basis. Last year, I had done a master checkup with CBC, ECG, Echo, and treadmill and all appeared normal. I am having this problem almost on a daily basis where I can feel the heartbeat on my neck. For the past one year, my lifestyle had become sedentary and I was not doing any exercise or physical activity. I had noted that after my breakfast, lunch, and dinner, this used to occur frequently without any provocation. This also occurs when I am at rest or doing my work (IT related). I am also having chest pains that are occurring usually in both right and left side. I am not having sweats, vomiting, or nausea. Please tell me whether I am having any serious issue with my heart.
