Could Delay In Periods Indicate Pregnancy?

HI there my partner and I went on vacation and had sex the day i was due to be ovulating the 25th or 26th of may, and we use the pull out method... and i believe he came a bit inside of me..my last period started on may 13th it is now June 14th and i still havnt gotten my period.. I have had some cramping thinking Im getting my period but then nothing happens. I took a clear blue digital pregnancy test on saturday the 11th later in the after noon but it tested negative.. what are the chances I'm pregnant?thank you
