Could Delayed Menstruation Despite Negative Pregnancy Test And Gynaecosid Use Indicate Pregnancy?

Hi, I had unprotected sex on the 25th of September, and my last period started on the 30th of August, and I did a test with PT strips on Saturday morning and it showed negative, then I took a tablet of gynaecosid but I still haven t seen my period yet.
