Could Delayed Period And Lower Abdominal Pain Indicate Sign Of Pregnancy?

hi doctor........ usually i have got some problem with my period dates, its very uneven, like in the month of nov 2010 my date was 25th, month of dec 2010 it was 23rd but month of jan 2011 it was 13th, and since that time to till now i am not having my period and feeling pain in lower middle abdominal. is there any chance to get pregnant ?
