Could Delayed Periods And Constipation Be Withdrawal Symptom Of Microgynon?

Hi, ive come off my contreception pill - Microgynon after 9 years of being on it. Its been 6 weeks now and i havent got my period, i know it can take months before it arrives. But im feeling really odd. I feel sick when i eat, i have pains in my stomach now and again and im constantly bloated and quite constipated. Are these because of me coming off the pill? Thanks
