Could Delayed Periods Be Due Emergency Contraceptive Pills And Polycystic Ovaries?

Hey doctor just wanted to know...
I have sex twice a month and i take 2 ecp after that... that makes 4 ecp per month... i also have polycystic ovaries and i did not had my periods this month kindly tell me what are the possibilities and what should i do thanks alot
