Could Delayed Periods Be Due To Diane Contraceptive Pill?

hi I have regular peiods TTC our seconfd child from 5 months, visited doctor who did altrasoumd and diagnosed PCOD, and give me diane 35 and infolic sachet which I started on 9th day of my cycle and also had unprotected sex during thia month now after completeing my 21 tablets of diane35 , I have taken last pill on monday and today is 4th day off pill still no period , What are chances of pregnancy? hows many days I should wait to do HPT test? or delay in periods is just due to diane35
