Could Delayed Periods Be Due To Folic Acid Tablets?

Hi, my weight is 53 kg, height is 149 cm and I am 23 years old. I had trying to get pregnant for about 4 years and recently I changed my doctor and the new doctor before a month gave me folic acid to use as I am thinking to do IVF next month, but I missed my period for 2 days, is that due to the using of the folic acid?
