Could Delayed Periods Be Due To TB Medications?

hi doctor..im taking tb medication for over a month now.ive done pregnancy test a few days ago but the result was not clearly positive.there's a second line appeared but not so clear.my period is over a week delayed now.does my medication has something to do with delayed monthly period?thanks.hope you could help.
