Could Delayed Periods Be Due To Acidity Medications?

Hello! I want to know what could be the reason foe my delayed periods which has been delayed by one week? Though 3 mnths before me n my boyfriend just had a lil session of make out that included fingering. and i had my periods regulr ladt month... So why day this month... i have been taking acidity medications thpugh last 15 days? pls help
