Could Delayed Periods Be Due To Change Of Place And Climate?

hai.. I missed my period,,.,, now its been two months,I am not pregnant. I am 23 years of age. I just got a New Job in October and also its winter in UAE. I always missed when i travelled or change of climate etc. I also started driving a car now, I used to walk a lot. Thus I also gained 2 kilos. Which I have to work on loosing. But now I am worried about my period. Please help
