Could Delayed Periods Be Due To Endometriosis?

I m Always had painful period went to doc who referred me for ultr sound 18/1/15 who found 2 things on my uterus say things as they didn t know if it was fibroids or enmdemtroisis got referred to gynocolgist in tween I had a normal period from 28/2/15 until 5/3/15 got appointment for gynocolgist 18/3/15 who still didn t know what these 2 things are but told me not to worry referred me for ultra sound and MRI scan got appointment for the 15/4/15 for both but since then I m 6 weeks late with my period could it be possible I m pregnant got most symptoms
