Could Delayed Periods Be Due To Skipping Of Contraceptive Pills?

I've been on Qlaira birth control for a year. 3 months ago I decided to skip my period for 2 months by not drinking the last 4 days of pills (2 red, 2 white). On the 3rd month i had all the pills as usual to have my period back but I didnt got any period. Its been a week and I feel a light pressure where my uterus is supposed to be, and I feel gassy, and my cloth is tighter. Can I be pregnant because of skipping my period? Did I missed my last period because of the change of taking the pills in certain order? Or because I am pregnant?
