Could Delayed Periods While On TTC Treatment Be Due To Pregnancy?

Hello doc,my hubby and I hv bin ttc for four months now,I was diagnosed of having high prolactin but I do have normal regular menstrual flow.I started taking parlodel,around my 13th day I used opk and it came out positive.Am 2days late today,have done 2 urine test n they both came out negative,so confused now.please reply fast.
