Could Delayed Periods With HPT Negative And Pain In Pelvis Mean Infection?

I am 23 and keep feeling a strange feeling in my pelvis, or ovarys, not sure, I have missed a period, around 14 days late now and am not pregnant as have done 3 tests and all negative, do you know what it may be? , i wonder if i have a infection or something else.thanks.
