Could Delayed Periods With Cramps And Breast Swelling Be Due To Stress?

Went through a very stressful time, boyfriend cheated. Got a urniary tract infection a week later, I was suppose to start my period. They gave me meds for the infection. I am now 6 days late and I have cramps, breast swelling more than normal and my back and body hurts. Dont know if this can be because of the stress. Or possible pregnancy.
