Could Delayed Periods With Pinkish Brown Discharge Indicate Pregnancy?

Hi, my husband and I have been trying to have another baby (we have 2). I was suppose to get my period on feb 28 but I am now 4 days late. I ve taken a home pregnancy test and it was negative. I m sure it was too early to test anyway. But I ve been having some pinkish and brownish discharge. Implantation discharge maybe? Now when I found out I was pregnant with my 1st child by that time I was already 2 months and with my 2nd child I was 2 1/2 months already. Should I just wait to test again? last time this happened, I missed 1 month of my period and I went to the doctors but tests there were negative too. Then I had my period the week after seeing the doctor. Could my period just be late? Is it possible to skip 1 month of menstrual? Thank you!
