Could Delayed Periods With Sore Breasts And Morning Sickness Be Due To Pregnancy?

I am late for my period this month and I have been pregnant before. Some of the pains I have had while I was pregnant. I am having pains in my breast, lower back, and in my adobmanal. (Sorry if spelled wrong). I have been having morning sickness and eating more then I usually do. What is going on? Am I pregnant again? I have a feeling that I am.
