Could Delayed Periods With Sore Breasts Be Due To Pregnancy?

Im 31 years of age I had intercourse with my bf .We had unprotected sex ,about a week later I started having these pains like my period was about to start . I know that was not the case because we had intercourse when I was on my period . I started having an appetite more . I have been nasueated very bloated for two weeks now . My period is two days late and my breast are very sore and tender . I have white like pimples on my breast the inside . Areola . Could I be pregnant
