Could Delayed Periods With Tender Breasts Be Due To Premenopausal Symptoms?

I am 34 years old had a clamp tubal 13 years ago at this time I am 10 days late for my period, have tender breast, no chocolate cravings as I usually would, in a better mood than usual, and when I wiped the day before my period was due there was a faint pink shade on the paper... Could this be pre menapause?
