Could Diagnosis Based On This MRI Report Be Seizure Disorder?

My 21 yr old son wasn t feeling well, passed out and had a seizure (first time). He had MRI which hospital said was fine but I am reading the report and have some questions. It says: Mild asymmetry in the appearance of temporal horns and choroid fissures with the right more prominent than the left. 1. Could this mean he has a seizure disorder? 2. Could this be a possible cause of anxiety and depression? (which he does suffer from)
