Could Diarrhea And Running Nose Be Related To Stomach Virus?

My three year old had a bout of diarrhea yesterday morning. Ate and drank all day and never went again. Her nose is running and she has a cough as well. This afternoon, she has had three bouts of diarrhea again. Does this sound like a stomach virus or could this be due to drainage? She has no loss of appetite at all which doesn t sound like a typical stomach bug to me
