Could Difficulty In Breathing And Pain In Ear Be Due To Acid Reflux?

I made myself sick because I ate too much but I think the acid from my stomach burned my throat. What do I do? It hurts so bad, I tried to sleep it off but i couldn t sleep because acid kept coming up also trouble breathing and ear pain, what s happening? Help please
