Could Difficulty In Getting Pregnancy Be Due To High Pus Cells In Urine?

Iam trying to conceive for 2 months and a bit more.. But whenever me and my husband try i always have pain while i pee and i ve done urine analysis and i have very high level of pus cells ( 50 +), this problem happened before after our marriage but the levels were (30-40) Does this prevent pregnancy? And what to do to prevent this infection from happening. NB: We don t have any std Thank you in advance
