Could Difficulty In Getting Pregnancy Be Due To Polycystic Ovaries?

Hi, I have been diagnose with polycystic ovaries. I have been having unprotected sex about 3 years and haven t gotten pregnant periods are regular most of the time until like a yea ago my cycle started getting longer and I miss about 2 periods for the year. My period came November 9th,December 8th, January 20th, february 20th.I would like you to help me figure out my cycle. Also, I have another problem, from d 5 years I have been having sex I can never come, I get the urge and feeling to do so but nothing, its not the guy Baca I had different guys I dated with different size of penisI. Is there something wrong with me?.
