Could Difficulty In Walking Be Due To Cinex And Combutol?

hi sir, my father is of 70 years found spine tb he take r cinex-450 combutol 800 and phyzina. he also operated for spinal cord. now a days he is not able to walk with help of walker too. in the initial stage ( summer) season he walk with walker independently. doctor says in winter patient with such spinal operated have problem in walking. is there any side effect of tb drugs on walking?
