Could Digestive Issues Like Constipation And Bloating Be Causing My Low TSH And Overactive Thyroid Symptoms?

In may 2021 I had acute pancreatitis. In December of same year I was told i may have hyperthyroidism. I seen an be Endo,did scans,all came back good, something is causing over active thyroid. I have a low TSH and symptoms. Before this started I was always constipated,bloated and weight gain poor diet. Could my stomach cause the low TSH and over active thyroid?
