Could Discharge Of Vaginal Clots Be Normal After A Pap Smear Test?

I'm 5w2d pregnant. I had a pap yesterday and my doc did worn me about some spotting or bleeding for a day or so. I've peed two clots today. Looks brown in color. I'm worried. I miscarried in sept at 8w and I peed a clot then so I'm nervous. Please help!
