Could Dizziness And Shortness Of Breath Be Due To Over Dosage Of Vyvanse?

I know someone who has taken 19 vyvanse 70mg in 3 days. All but one were taken the first two days. He s now experiencing in spells: trouble standing, dizziness, coldness, shortness of breath, tingling in his left arm. It comes in waves though. He already had high blood pressure before he did this. He s 200 lbs roughly and around 35 yrs old. What do I need to do for him?
