Could Dizziness Be Due To Effexor?

Hi, I have been on Trazodone for years now 300 mgs. and Effexor .25 mg. at night. Recently,I went to a rhumotologist and he told me to discontinue the Effexor and gave me a scrip for cymbolta. I am dizzy at certain times of the day and feel like I m in lalla land. Last night I took 200 mg. Trazadone and I m not as dizzy but feel a bit anxious. I don t usually worry about meds but I feel that maybe a higher dose of Effexor would do the trick. I do have a broken back and knee replacement so I think that the Dr. might be using this drug Cymbalta for skeleton relief. What should I do?
