Could Dizziness Be Due To Anti Diarrhoea Medicines?

I have been taking immodium ad and pepto bismol to counter at the symptoms of a stomach virus. I had a hypertensive crisis last week my pressure was 220/110. Went to the er upon doctor s urging and was prescribed different bp meds. I am still taking the immodium and pepto because I STILL have the stomach virus symptoms. I am dizzy and it just occurred to me it may be the anti diahrreal meds causing this. Though I went to the doctor and the er neither addressed the stomach virus!! I don t know what to do now.
