Could Dizziness Be Related To Ear?

Yesterday afternoon at work I had a dizzy spell. I have high blood pressure for which I am taking medication and have not missed taking. They took my bp and it was normal. The dizziness lasted about an hour or so.



I was wondering if it might have something to do with my ear. I work in a call center and wear a headset (on one earr) for eight hours a day. It's the kind with the sponge cover, about two-inches round so it covers my entire outer ear. Could that be the problem or am I grasping at straws?
