Could Dizziness, Blurry Vision With Hot Flashes Mean Early Menopause?

I am a 26 year old mother of 2 boys I have been feeling very dizzy and my vision is fuzzy my I am having hot flashes and I cant sleep very well I swet in bed so much that my husband put a sheet between us to hold me my overies are hurting my tubes are tied could I be going through premenopause?
