Could Donating Plasma Before Drug Screen Cause Any Variations?

I am currently in drug court and give 3-4 drug screens a week. I have been doing so for 5 months. If I started to donate plasma a day or two before my drug screen would it have any negative effects or change any historic levels or readings that could raise any questions?
