Could Drinking Of Cold Beer Be The Cause For Pleurisy?

I seemed to have bruised the esophagus in the upper area while drinking a very cold beer.the fizz from the carbonation seemed to stick part way down and I have been very uncomfortable since. It feels like pleurisy and I cannot lay on my stomach or my back. It feels like someone standing on my chest. The only way to sleep is sitting in a chair.
