Could Drowsiness, Headache, Lower Back Pain And Tenderness In Breasts Indicate Pregnancy?

My husband and i have been trying for 4 months to have a baby and i had the iud removed in november. Periods are usually regular. Last month i had two periods and the second period was light spotting for a day and a half. I have had really bad headaches, always sleepy, heart burn, and a lot of lower back pain, and frequently going to the bathroom. I have had breat tenderness for 2 months and as of last month my breat have been hurting and getting bigger and have white liquid coming out when i take a hot shower. Could this mean im pregnant?
