Could Dryness In Mouth With Pain And Stiffness In Ears Be Due To Thyroid Nodules?

I have recently been diagnosed with having several thyroid nodules (1 is 2cm) after a ultrasound. I have been referred to and Endocronogist and an ENT (not yet seen). I have been waking up with a dry mouth for the last few months, snoring has increased, pain and stuffiness in right ear and indgestion (belching). Can any of these symptoms be attributed to the thyroid nodules.
