Could Eczema On Leg Be Due To The Side Effect Of Norvasc?

I have skin irritations on my right leg near. It seems like exzema. This is due to side reaction of one of the blood pressure medication (NORVACS 2.5 mg) When I went to Mumbai, India, doctor gace me TACROZ Forte ointment(TACROLIMUS Ointment Ointment 0.1 w/w) and also PRIMOSA 1000 capsules (it is an extract of some flower) with that itching and skin irritation were practically gone.
