Could Elevated Bilirubin Levels Be Due To Gilbert S Syndrome?

Hi, I have an underactive thyroid, IBS and anemia. I just had my last blood test and it came back with a high level of bilirubin in my liver (range was 0 - 20 and mine was 34). I told my friend about this who is a doctor and he said I might have Gilbert s syndrome. I tan very easily and have had constant problems with my stomach even though I have cut out loads of things like gluten and dairy. Could I have Gilbert s syndrome with levels of bilirubin like that? Thanks, Annie
