Could Elevated Levels Of CBC In A Child Be A Matter Of Concern?

Hi, I took my 7 year old to the doctor today for a check up and her cbc is elevated something is suppose to be 10.000 and it was 20,000. No fever, cough, snotty nose, but she doesn t look like she feels well. Should I be worried or follow up with this matter. He does not seem worried about it
