Could Elevated Liver Enzymes Be A Matter Of Concern?

Hi I am 44, and extreme athletic. I take fat burner, and took medical test while I had my breakfast and after two hours training. Everything in my test was normal except my SGOT which was 51 and SGPT which was 52. I do not drink Alcohol. My Doctor was not concerned. Should I be concerned?
