Could Elevated Liver Enzymes Be Due To Crohns Disease?

My daughters nucleotidase blood test came back abnormal at a 48 and her alkaline phosphatase was 2,848 March 14-15 2015.... Her pediatrician doesn t seem to concerned about it but we have an appointment with a pediatric GI the end of April. Could those liver enzymes be a result and/or sign of crohns disease?
